Career Guidance & Counseling is a regular feature at school for the students of classes IX, X, XI & XII. This helps the students in identifying their areas of interest and aptitude and makes them aware of the various career options available. At the same time this plays a vital role in stream selection also. In the recent years Career Counseling Programmes have been organized in the school premises by renowned Educational Consultant Mr. Jose Paul as well as reckoned psychologist and counselor Dr. V.S. Ravindran from ICTRC, New Delhi. Workshops & individuals counselling sessions have also been conducted by Mrs. Usha Albuquerque and her team as well as by Twin Win, New Delhi.

In this era of transformation of educational technology it is imperative for teachers to undergo rigorous training in order to keep abreast with the latest and deliver the best. The teachers attended a series of workshops on and off campus conducted by some of the top notch agencies as well as veteran trainers and subject experts. Seasoned educationist, Ms. Champa Banerjee conducted a hands on workshop for the Science teachers whereas Mr. Jose Paul, renowned educational consultant and author of several Maths text books, shared with the Mathematics teachers his experience of almost 60 years of adding fun to learning Mathematics. Dr. Nisha Singh from Oxford University Press spent a day with the English and Social Studies teachers discussing how the subjects must be integrated with life and surroundings. Besides these, teachers also attended various capacity building programmes conducted by CBSE empanelled agencies.

In our constant endeavour to prepare our children for the world, a comprehensive personality transformation programme by TWIN WIN, Delhi is being coordinated.

The programme consists of sessions on Interpersonal Skills, Group Dynamics, Life Management, General Awareness, Language Skills, Communication Skills, Idea Generation, Role Plays, Vedic Maths and even Career Counselling. These sessions are conducted by prominent people from various spheres of life. Mr. Sanjeev Pandey, a former IAS (Allied) Officer along with his team comprising of experts like Mr. Vaibhav Pandey, Mr. Anshul Vashishtha, Mr. Mayank Garg and other members of the team take up many interactive, motivational and highly informative sessions with the students.

The 20 hour programme will continue throughout the year with sessions spread out from May to December. It would also include a workshop for parents as well as several events.
